Refund and Service Policy

Deposits, completed design work, setup labor, third-party purchases, domain registrations, hosting, SSL, email, and custom development work may be non-refundable once work begins or costs are incurred. Final project terms should be confirmed in the client quote or service agreement.

Clients should review their project scope before payment. Changes outside the original scope may require additional fees. WebKey Pro will communicate scope, service expectations, and project requirements before starting paid work.

Cloud services may be subject to separate provider terms, renewal periods, and product rules. WebKey Pro may assist with setup and coordination, but outside provider costs are handled according to the applicable service terms.
